Easy Delicious Sweet Potatoe Pie Recipe

Ingredients

3 med. sweet potatoes, peeled & cooked until tende

2 pie shells, unbaked

1 stick butter

1 1/2 c. sugar

1 can sweetened condensed milk

3 eggs

1 tsp. vanilla , 1 tsp. lemon

 

 

SWEET POTATO PIE Mash sweet potatoes, combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour pie mixture into unbaked pie shells and bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 2 pies. Enjoy,
