2 8-ounce packages chive flavor cream cheese |
2 teaspoon ground red pepepr | 1 cups finley shredded chddar cheese |

2 cup fresh chopped parsley |
1 cup finley shredded Gouda cheese | 2 teaspoon fresh chopped chive |

1/2 cup butter |
assorted cracker and chips | 2 tablespoon cream |

fresh slicwed vegeables |
1/2 cup chopped onion |

Let cream cheese, shredded cheese and butter stand at room temperature for 25 minutes. In a large bowl. Add cream, red pepper, onion and chive. Beat until fluffy. Cover and chill for 4 to 12 hour. Shape mixture into two balls. roll in fresh parsley. chill for 1 hour. serve with fresh sliced vegeables, cracker and chips this is my own recipe (orginal) | ||
