make 2 large cheese ball

Ingredients

2 8-ounce packages chive flavor cream cheese

2 teaspoon ground red pepepr

1 cups finley shredded chddar cheese

2 cup fresh chopped parsley

1 cup finley shredded Gouda cheese

2 teaspoon fresh chopped chive

1/2 cup butter

assorted cracker and chips

2 tablespoon cream

fresh slicwed vegeables

1/2 cup chopped onion

 

Let cream cheese, shredded cheese and butter stand at room temperature for 25 minutes. In a large bowl. Add cream, red pepper, onion and chive. Beat until fluffy. Cover and chill for 4 to 12 hour. Shape mixture into two balls. roll in fresh parsley. chill for 1 hour. serve with fresh sliced vegeables, cracker and chips this is my own recipe (orginal)
